KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing consultation with the various project stakeholders to develop organizational change management strategy, processes, and tools to support the implementation and sustainment of IoT and non-IT wireless devices, including:
- Defining change management objectives and selecting the most appropriate approach to manage the change(s);
- Identifying change management activities;
- Identify required change management services and resource requirements; and
- Identifying change management risks and issues (including recommended mitigations);
- Researching and identifying evidence and change management best practices for the implementation and sustainment of IoT and non-IT wireless devices;
- Developing of a change management strategy;
- Developing a stakeholder engagement plan that fosters good relationships with various stakeholders to achieve buy-in and achieve effective change management;
- Developing a communications plan;
- Working closely with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and ITSS teams, to provide clear and effective communication of change management plans and activities;
- Staying up to date on industry best practices for effective and appropriate change management;
XP REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience directly related to change management in a Healthcare environment
- Certification in an established Change Management Program (Example: CCMP, Prosci CMC)
- Thorough knowledge of change management methodologies
- Experience with the development of comprehensive change management plans, comprised of communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Experience (or familiarity) with the principles or approaches to wireless networking
- Experience creating clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives
- Experience generating internal and external communications to support change management work
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Experience integrating change management activities into the project plan
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
