We are searching for a full time team member that wants to be part of a team working on prototyping and implementation projects that impact the wellness of its end users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support digital tool design by working with team members to discuss the technical feasibility of business requirements
- Communicate with the scrum master, product owner, process designers, guild lead/members, other developers and/or business users throughout the project during agile ceremonies
- Strong background in object oriented development techniques
- Prepare and maintain code for various .NET (C#) applications and resolve any defects in systems
- Develop APIs for creating a test framework and test cases using .NET (C#)
- Working knowledge of SQL Server in an n-tier architecture
- Support testing efforts for major digital tool development and maintenance work
- Use Selenium, Specflow, Cucumber and Gherkin to create automated test cases
- Update and maintain regression tests and documentation
- Actively use issue/source/version control repository software (ie. Git/GitLab)
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure easy onboarding of new team members at key hand off points
- Ensure tasks are completed in a realistic time frame (as discussed inn agile ceremonies)
- Create realistic effort estimates for change requests
- Coach other team members to help them overcome barriers to team success
- Passion for technology and knowledge
XP REQUIREMENTS
- University/College Degree or Diploma in a related technology discipline.
- 5+ years experience as a Developer
- 3+ years experience in C# .NET Development
- Experience developing APIs
- Exposure to test automation tools
- Experience with the following would be an asset, Java, Struts, Angular, Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture, Oracle, NoSQL
